This picture is titled "Spica, Mars, and Eclipsed Moon." It was taken on April 15, 2014, the night of the total lunar eclipse. This image was captured on the Caribbean island of Barbados; the eclipse was visible throughout the northern hemisphere. Spica is the blue star below the Moon, and Mars is down and to the right, creating a colorful, glowing trio. A spectacle captured beautifully in this photo.
