Partial Solar Eclipse!

So on Sunday morning, while a total solar eclipse took place in some parts of Africa, a partial solar eclipse was visible at sunrise right here in Florida. So Emma and I got up at 5:30 on Sunday morning and drove all the way up to Sarasota to the Ringling Bridge to get a good view. Not only was it a beautiful sunrise, but the moon partially eclipsed the Sun, looking as though someone had "taken a bite out of the Sun." It was definitely worth getting up early, absolutely, and I would do it again without a doubt. The weather was clear and the view from the top of the bridge was perfect. I may post some pictures later of what we saw.
